1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:

Please check carefully whether the received product is same as what you ordered. If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, or partial shipment of your order, please immediately contact the store via email to [email protected] with your order number, invoice details and photograph of the product to obtain after-sales support. We apologize for the inconvenience to you in case anything happens like this.

1.1. We accept returns and provide refunds for eligible products within 30 days from the date of receipt of your product.
1.2. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
1.3. Certain products, including but not limited to intimate or personal care products viz. underwear and lingerie, bath and shower products (soap, body wash, shower gel), feminine hygiene products (tampons, pads), adult diapers and incontinence products, condoms and other sexual health products, shaving and grooming products (razors, shaving cream, aftershave), hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, hair styling products), oral care products (toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash), skincare products (face cleansers, moisturizers, serums), cosmetics and makeup products, etc. are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or safety reasons.
